Building a Sustainable Business

Create a sustainable and “future proof” business model from the ground up: Spring 2023
A free class Wednesday, April 26 at 6pm EDT

Is your business exhausting you?

Here are 2 reasons why this could be happening:

1. Not having a plan or direction for your business.

Maybe you are making it all up as you go. Or maybe you just haven’t  put everything together into a holistic, cohesive plan.

If you are a wellness professional or coach, does this sound familiar?  What happens when a patient or client tries a bunch of different things and never really sticks to the plan you prescribe?

I do get it, and it’s not your fault.  It seems easier to just “wing it.” This may make sense for someone just getting started, but it’s a terrible model for growth and sustainability.  Many marketing experts are happy to give people what they want by dispensing more “aspirin and band-aids”  rather than actually deliver an entire, relevant, contextual, and efficient strategy that can be customized to fit individual needs.

While I’m a big fan of quick wins, a steady diet of them don’t get the job done.  This just leads to wasted time, money, and energy running around trying to keep leaky buckets full. And eventually exhaustion, burnout, and resentment.

 2. Not having a results-based plan for your clients or patients

The tendency for service-based entrepreneurs, in particular wellness practitioners, is to think that it’s their job is to “heal” others in a few hours and send them on their way.

They don’t offer a  strategy that will empower their clients and patients with real, lasting results. (yes, even with a treatment plan.. been there, done that) So the perceived value of course, is low, because it feels transactional instead of like a transformational experience. And boy, that is super stressful for everyone!

Even with a package of appointments, (which I’m not a fan of) many clients and patients drop off. Unless we beg and cajole them into coming back. Even if we do, the commitment is often quite low, and of course this means lack of results.

This makes marketing hard, and is unsustainable for most of us.

That’s why I created this free masterclass

As a wellness entrepreneur, I’m not a fan of dispensing aspirin and band aids. At the same time, I know how overwhelming it can get. Today, my goal is to make it easier for entrepreneurs to take the first steps in creating an actual strategy and stop wasting time on random tactics, selling time slots, and wheel-reinvention.

This works not only for you, but your patients and clients as well.  It makes everything so much less stressful when you spend time up front building a business from a sustainable foundation that no longer puts all the burden on YOU and your TIME. (and having to sell on a daily basis.. ugh, count me out)

I’m doing this for free to spread the word just how important it is to have a freaking direction and a plan, because so many people are skipping important steps.

I wasn’t the first one to create innovative packages for patients and clients, but I’ve been doing this for 10 years and I can tell you with complete confidence that there are much better ways to serve and grow a sustainable business than than the traditional models that still dominate today.

Nor did I invent the fundamentals of modern marketing. I’ve adapted some of its core principles to fit our unique needs and my values, which are based on mutual respect, dignity, hard work, integrity, and authenticity.. and equally on freedom, creativity, and not letting work take over our lives. (Work to live, not live to work)

Just like a house, you can tailor the framework to meet the needs of your own business and life.

This class will give you a great overview and perspective on the actual steps to take.  It’s based on the framework and philosophy I’ve been developing over the past few years. I will give you an overview of the stages you need to start creating an online business with a solid foundation based on results-driven, high-value evergreen, one-to-many product such as a course, membership, or innovative package that you build once and sell repeatedly.
